Jose Garreton

Jose Garreton has been a project manager since his first project at the Chestnut Park Hotel, now DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Toronto in 1986.

Jose has been the project manager for CSEI-Intron Engineering Corp. until today with hundreds of completed projects, from Commercial, Low Rise, High Rise, Townhomes, Subdivisions and Places of Worship.

Jose experience in management, electrical and marine engineering was ingrained in him while serving and studying in the Canadian Navy in his youth and in Construction Project Management from Columbia University.

In the early ’90s, after a long and difficult recession, he promised never to return to the industry and moved to manage one of Canada’s largest law firms. However, after several expansion projects for the law firm, he found himself managing construction projects and returned to CSEI-Intron Engineering Corp..

Jose’s passion is to design and to build what owners dream and making it into reality. His experience in city planning, concept designs, maximizing building envelopes, maximizing profit and engaging all the necessary parties to complete any construction project.
