Based in Toronto, Canada, Q+BIK Designs was started by the unity of Grander Design and Yhojana Designs with a united concept to integrate the design practices into one solution. Their vision was to create a design firm that pulled together a team that would materialize the design dream of any client under one roof.
Bringing forward over twenty years of experience in building developments and engineering, Jose, owner of Grander Designs, drives forward the dreams of clients who wish to maximize their investments. As a project manager and design consultant, he works with clients and city officials to design feasible and dream-worthy projects in any city. With a creative background in Marketing and Interior Design, Yhojana focuses on client branding through design.
What We Do
Q+BIK Design is a planning and design firm. Working together with industry professionals and clients, the firm aims to respond to social and environmental needs with every design. Specializing in mixed-use properties, the firm services clients in both private and public sectors. Planning development processes begin with property review, concept design, architectural design and project management.
